Enough
When is it enough: money, things, work, beauty, achievement? Why is “less is more” so easy to say and so hard to live? What have you let go of, and what did it give back?

When was the last time you had enough and knew it? Not plenty, not more than you needed, just enough, and the quiet that comes with it. How long did it last before something told you it wasn't?
Where did you learn what enough looks like: from parents who had too little, or too much? From the people you compare yourself to without meaning to? Is the measure yours, or is it still somebody else's, handed down and never questioned?
Money, things, work, beauty, achievement, attention. In which of these do you actually know your number, and in which are you still counting? Is there a difference between wanting more and wanting better, and does the second one ever end?
What have you let go of, by choice or not, that turned out to be the thing in the way? And what have you kept that you cannot explain? Why is "less is more" so easy to say and so hard to live, and who profits when we don't?
Come at the tail end of winter, when every house feels too full. Bring the thing you can't stop wanting, and the thing you were surprised to find you could live without.
